Life as a Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our finance & controlling team as a Finance Manager. By embracing diverse perspectives and experiences, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our finance operations and keep the operative business running.

Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Implementing new finance tools, including ERP systems, to streamline operations.
  • Ideally you also bring BMD know-how.
  • Mapping and optimizing finance processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • You are responsible for our annual closure and tax audit in close collaboration with our external tax consultants.
  • You are responsible for tax topics and special accounting related requests in collaboration with our external tax consultants.
  • You are responsible for operative finance topics like cashflow-management.
  • You are the contact person for finance topics of our shareholders.
  • You are the interface between operational day-to-day business and accounting.
  • You also act as a sparring partner for employees and management.
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You also have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You have around 5 years experience as a finance manager or in a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
