You’re an experienced leader with a strong passion for digital brand - and social media communication. You thrive on building long-term relationships with big, global clients.

 

You are an expert in managing budgets, processes, timelines and resources comes easy to you. For the right candidate this is a genuine opportunity to really make your mark on a high-profile global automotive client at the forefront of digital and social media marketing innovation.

Requirements and Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing one of our biggest client accounts with a dedicated team of 20+ ambitious social media managers, strategists, copywriters and content creators.
  • You understand global brands and combine that understanding with a passion for the digital communication and social media space in order to provide strategic guidance to both clients and your team.
  • You have solid project management skills that allow you to take ownership, coordinate and keep track of budgets, schedules, resources, as well as the quality and implementation of digital projects.
  • You would be excited to shape the social media presence and digital communication of a global automotive brand.
  • You feel comfortable managing a 7-digit yearly account budget.
  • You have profound account management and client services expertise and thrive in building long term relationships.
  • You are a strong, intentional, proactive and empathic communicator who leads people-first.
  • You are a solutions-oriented, hands-on personality and ready to take full ownership for the assigned client, team and projects.
  • You are a flexible self-starter who can quickly manage priorities and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years past digital agency and/or account management experience working with high-profile, international brands.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years team leadership experience.
  • Fluent German and English language skills are required.
