Life as an UX Strategist

As an UX Strategist, you have a couple of years of experience in concepting digital products and services using human-centered design practices. You understand and are always up to date with the latest trends in the world of websites and e-commerce CX and know exactly which trends make sense and what’s needed to realise them.

 

We are looking for a person with a background in CX/UX/UI who is passionate about solving design challenges and creating concepts for websites and e-commerce solutions. You will create structures as well as guide and consult our clients in their journey from pitch presentation through to finished digital appearance.

Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Researching & understanding CX/UX approaches across different business areas.
  • Consulting clients in B2B, B2C or D2C on how they can make their website or e-commerce a central part of the multichannel user journey.
  • Assisting and participating in workshops & brainstorming sessions to define product and service concepts.
  • Defining personas, content pillars and jobs to be done for websites and e-commerce.
  • Creating sitemaps, information architectures, wireframes and user flows.
  • Keeping up to date on design industry trends, improving skills, and mentoring others to succeed.
  • Working in close contact with international clients and with international cross-disciplinary teams (project managers, developers, UI, branding and motion designers).
  • Collaborating with clients, business, and technology experts to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Helping us develop our UX skills, pushing our boundaries and elevating our standards.
  • 3+ years of relevant UX/UI experience and a portfolio of your recent work.
  • User-centric mindset and a solid understanding of usability, accessibility and user centered design practices.
  • Interest in advanced user experience (e.g. 2D or 3D animation, gamification, artificial intelligence, or virtual reality).
  • A ‘here to help’ attitude, someone who understands that we’re better together.
  • Good knowledge of Figma, Miro, Jira and Confluence.
  • A positive outlook and strong communication skills are a must.
  • You have fluent German and English skills.
