Account Manager

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Bring comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients' objectives, target audience, and industry trends to life.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality service and results.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
• Lead content creation and curation efforts across various social media platforms, ensuring quality in outcome, brand relevance and engagement.
• Utilize data-driven insights to track performance, optimize always-on and campaign content and provide regular reports to clients, demonstrating the impact of our work.
• Drive strategic direction for client accounts, ensuring alignment with objectives and maximizing outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to fellow social media specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Experienced in (sustainable) fashion and beauty industry, understanding industry-specific practices and messaging, able to integrate these into social media strategies and content execution.
• Proven track record in project and client management, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, budgets & resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools and best practices, able to distinguish outstanding vs. average creative work.
• Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
• Previous experience in an agency setting, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal German and English language skills.
