Projekt Spielberg Web and Mobile

Formula 1 in Austria

Starting with an overview

In the early days of Project Spielberg, we started planning a responsive state of the art website – a digital experience combined with hand drawn illustrations, set within in a modular system the entire website is flexible and able to seamlessly evolve and grow.

Guidelines and visual content split

The Spielberg content is divided in two topics. One category focuses on „Regional experiences“ which covers all non-motorsport activities like music, culture, sports and gastronomy. The other covers „Motorsport Experiences“ which definitely calls the name of every racing fan. Based on that way of organizing content, we developed guidelines for the overall digital appearance of Spielberg based on colors, shapes, images and graphics.

Intuitive navigation and off-canvas features

Intuitive navigation and off-canvas features

To ensure consistent user experience and device based content, a visual approach was taken for the sub navigation of Spielberg. The illustrations act as an introduction for the content following it and guide the user through the website. Off canvas features like the search bar or weather encourage the approach of users discovering Spielberg on their own.
